Update – 6/1/2020 – Effective June 1, 2020, our staff will be returning to the office full-time during normal working hours. However, we strongly encourage Clients who need or want in-person appointments to call ahead at 740-452-8484, so we can properly comply with ongoing COVID-19 requirements and recommendations, including Director Acton’s Responsible RestartOhio Guidelines and Policies for Businesses and Employers. Among other things, we will be practicing social distancing, wearing face masks, limiting the number of Clients in our waiting room, and sanitizing conference rooms before and after meetings. Of course, if you prefer to have a phone or video conference, we will be happy to accommodate that, as well. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you!
Update – 03/23/2020 – We continue to provide services. Under the Order issued by Ohio’s Director of the Department of Health, professional services, including legal services, are considered “essential businesses and operations.”

Stubbins, Watson, Bryan & Witucky has been closely monitoring the status of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. We understand this is an unprecedented situation which has been evolving with each passing day. Rest assured that we will continue to provide high-quality legal services to our valued Clients.
Over the last several years, we have invested in a number of cutting-edge, internet-based technologies. This allows us to use software programs (including email, document management, and word processing) remotely and securely.
What that means for our Clients is that, although we will be not accepting walk-ins in the short-term, we will be able to continue to communicate with and provide legal services to our Clients by email and over the phone, without the need for in-person meetings. To the extent our Clients need to sign documents which require notarization, for example, we will be happy to schedule that on a case-by-case basis.
