As part of the firms’ transition to the cloud, ProCirrus recommended SWBW take a look at BigHand Professional, BigHand’s cloud-based voice software for dictation and task management. SWB had been having issues with losing dictations and not getting good support from their then current digital dictation vendor, which encouraged the switch.
