At Stubbins, Watson, Bryan & Witucky Co., L.P.A., we do not apply a “one size fits all” approach to business matters. We do not use the same standard form contracts and templates over and over. Instead, we tailor our legal advice to address the specific needs of each business client.  That means that we draft custom contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other documents based on review and feedback from our clients. We pride ourselves on our ability to draft documents that are streamlined and to-the-point. We want our clients to be able to read and understand what their documents say, rather than to get bogged down in unnecessary and antiquated “legalese.”

Together, Brent Stubbins and Grant Stubbins have more than 35 years of business law experience. If you are a new entrepreneur, we can help you form and start-up your new LLC or other business entity. If you are already a business owner, we can help you organize your business affairs, update your succession planning, and formulate new business policies and procedures. If you have a dispute or issue with a co-owner, employee, customer, or creditor, we can help you determine the best way to resolve that, either through negotiations, litigation, or some other process. Sometimes clients know that they need some sort of legal guidance, but they are not quite sure what type of guidance they need. At Stubbins, Watson, Bryan & Witucky Co., L.P.A., we will make sure you understand what your issue is, what options you have, what approach is best, why it is the best approach, and how it can be accomplished. For example, many clients know that they should form an LLC, but they are not sure what it is, why they need it, or how to use it. Two of the primary benefits of an LLC are limited liability and tax flexibility. But, simply forming an LLC does not avail you of those benefits. We will teach you the “ins” and “outs.”
